Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund with written notice 24 hours or more before the trip.
Trip Change Option
Up to 12 hours prior to departure, trips can be rescheduled for a different day and/or time. The price of this change policy is 5% of the total trip cost. Upgrade only available at time of reservation and must be applied to each seat.
Trip Departure Policy
We reserve the right to switch river/locations based on current conditions and a minimum number of participants. This trip requires 4 participants or paid seats to depart.

Because we handle the park permits and entry logistics, these tours are the most reliable way to ensure you see the park’s highlights during your Moab vacation.
What is the minimum age for an Arches National Park tour?
The minimum age for our Arches National Park tours is 5 years old. Our climate-controlled 15-passenger vans and easy-to-moderate strolls are designed to be family-friendly. Please note that Utah law requires car seats or boosters for children under 8 years old (or under 4’9″). To maintain a professional and secure environment, please bring the appropriate car seat or booster for use in our tour vehicles.
What should I wear and bring on my Arches tour?
- Shirt with sun protection – UPF shirts or other athletic, light-weight long sleeves
- Hat that covers both your face and neck

Do I need a Timed Entry Reservation to join your tour?
No! When you book with Mild to Wild, your entry is guaranteed. You do not need to secure a personal reservation through Recreation.gov, making this a great option if permits are sold out during your visit.
Is the National Park Entrance Fee included?
Yes, there is a $15/person national park entrance fee for ages 15 and older included at checkout.
