Moab Rafting 1 Day Trip
Colorado River
About This Trip
Spend the day drifting through the incredible sites of Castle Valley on the Colorado River! This is a very mild, scenic float trip with long flat water sections and a few rapids along the way to cool off. You’ll have plenty of time to admire the scenery, relax and enjoy your river guide’s knowledge of Moab and the surrounding area.
Those looking to get a great workout in and more splashes in the Class II rapids should consider hopping in an inflatable kayak for this trip! Throughout the drift, we’ll stop for swimming, games, and a delicious lunch on the beach.
Full-day trips on the Colorado River start at $99.00.
Boat Options
Standard Rafts

15 foot self-bailing rafts (up to 10 guests)
We use 15 ft self-bailing rafts with oar frames to give the guides more power and control over the raft. Paddle as you like, or sit back and let the guide do all the work!
Premium Rafts

Experience a smaller guide to guest ratio (up to 6 guests) and a more personalized trip.
Just like the standard option, we use 15 foot self-bailing rafts with an oar frame set up. You’ll just have less folks in the boat with you!
Ages 4+
Two Person Inflatable Kayak

Up the adventure & control your own destiny in a single inflatable kayak. The smaller the boat, the bigger the wave! Guide instruction provided from guides in the raft and onshore prior to the trip. Just follow the rafts down the river!

Single Person Inflatable Kayak

Up the adventure & control your own destiny in a single inflatable kayak. The smaller the boat, the bigger the wave! Guide instruction provided from guides in the raft and onshore prior to the trip. Just follow the rafts down the river!

Itinerary
Important Considerations
· Changing rooms and bathrooms are limited at our boatyard, so we encourage guests to come in their river getup beforehand!
· While lunch is provided on our full day trips, we do not provide snacks, so bring some along in a small bag along with your water bottle if you think you’d like to have them!
· Castle Valley is continuously being sculpted by wind, so expect these desert gales on your trip— particularly in the afternoon.
· The rapids in Castle Valley are mild and interspersed between long flat-water sections. If you want level up on the adventure and exercise, consider choosing your own destiny in an inflatable kayak!
· There are some logistics for the guides before and after your time on the water, so there’s some waiting involved. We appreciate your understanding in advance!
