Women's Wellness Rafting Retreat
5 Days | Sept. 9 – 13
It’ll be just the girls for this one! Our Women’s Only Retreat this year is on an exclusive 5 day float through the Gates of Lodore in the heart of Dinosaur National Monument. This jaw dropping section of the Green River meanders through the heart of Colorado and Utah’s more diverse wildernesses.
Our women’s only retreat is intended to create an environment of support, understanding, and absolute freedom to embrace your own wellness journey. Throughout the trip, your host will lead yoga practices, meditation sessions, and forest bathing excursions in between our usual river fun.
The Gates of Lodore is an ideal destination for our Women’s Only Retreat due to its dramatic scenery, serene hikes, and majestic wildlife. Oh yeah, and the awesome whitewater! During late summer, many of the rapids can be conquered in inflatable kayaks or SUPs (for those who love to test their balance!)
We’ll have an extra day than usual on this trip, which lets us take our time to take in the grandeur of this spectacular canyon. We couldn’t think of a better place to soothe the soul and reconnect in the present.
Yampa River Adults Only Trip
5 Days | July 25 – 29, 2025
Come kick it with just the big kids during the Yampa’s peak runoff! The rapids will be roarin’, and the good times rollin’.
These trips are centered around bringing like-minded adults together to enjoy a wilderness experience without the worry of entertaining their youngsters. We look forward to having a relaxed group ready to make friends and explore the trails, whitewater, and many other wonders of this spectacular canyon.
The Yampa River is the most exclusive river permit in the United States. Yes, more exclusive than the Grand Canyon! This is on account of how short the Yampa’s season is. Since it isn’t dammed or widely controlled, it flows as all rivers once did— full with snowmelt in spring and not-so-full by the end of the runoff. The Yampa is truly wild, and the last of its kind in the Colorado River system.
When it comes to the nature of its most beloved canyon in Dinosaur National Monument, the sites and scenery bring us back to an era long past and seldom seen. Big beautiful, windswept cliffs undulate upward as the river meanders. Between the precipices come trails to caves and side canyons, where in their confine emerge remnants from courageous, 19th century river runners and the ancient Fremont people. And as for the camps, they are often spread across wide, lush meadows filled with blooms and berry bushes.
We’re not sure it gets much better than that. Join us for this amazing trip with the funnest grownups nature can find!
