Awesome train ride!!
My husband and I took the bus to Silverton and took the train back to Durango. We were advised that this was the best way to experience the train ride and we couldn’t agree more. We had plenty of time to see Silverton without crowds of people.
Rafting, shuttle and jeep tour
We used Mild to Wild to raft the Lower Animas with Mike and it was amazing!! He was a great guide. Felt safe but had a blast!! We also had Doug as our shuttle driver to Silverton and learned so much about the area. Jay was our jeep driver and was also very knowledgeable.
Amazing trip!
Marty was full of knowledge about the area and accommodated our questions and requests. He listened to what we wanted to get out of our experience and took us on the route to capture it. Would definitely ride with him again anytime!

Great morning on the water
Our group was aged from 30 to 73 and varying degrees of physical fitness. That said, the lower Animas was a great time.
