This was an awesome experience on the scenic Ponderosa Gorge section of the Dolores River. My guides were Sam and Mike. They were very experienced, professional, friendly, safety oriented, and also great chefs! A wonderful trip.

We came out here for the train ride which was what we expected, however the raft trip down the Animas River will definitely be the high point for this trip. Don warned those in his boat that he likes to get wet and with the Animas River flooding he had
