This was our second time with Mild to Wild….this time we brought family! Best wishes to Creel! His brother might be cool, but Creel is the coolest! 🫡😂 If you’re in the Durango area - book a tour with these folks. You won’t regret it!! Note: looked at my trip advisor post from July 2018. Back then it was Rio who was Ana amazing guide. Creel holds to our previous excellent experience.Posted on Google Shannon GleasonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Highly recommend!Posted on Google Gabriela P.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sam was an amazing guide! He went above and beyond to make sure our daughter had the best time. He took her down the falls, let her paddle the raft and made her feel included throughout the trip. She had an absolute blast, and his kindness and patience made the experience even more memorable for our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Highly recommend!Posted on Google Rob RobinsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Ann was an amazing guide! Very knowledgeable and a very quick wit. What To Wear On A Mountain Rafting Trip – Essential Rafting Attire
How To Dress And What To Bring On A Colorado Jeep Tour
Important Considerations
At high water levels (usually early June) our age limits may increase or younger kids may be shuttled around the larger Class III rapid.
Wetsuits are highly recommended through June, and wetsuit boots are recommended all season. Rentals are available.
In fall and spring, temperatures/weather can fluctuate quite a bit. So bring layers with you for both tours just in case!
Be aware that Durango is prone to afternoon rain showers! Bring some rain gear.
Colorado Car Seat Law states children up to 8 years old must be in an appropriate car seat. Please bring your own.
You are on your own for lunch! Pack something to enjoy on our picnic tables between trips or head to a restaurant close by.
All itineraries are subject to change due to water / trail conditions.
