About This Trip

Raft for Hope is an annual fundraiser put on by Mild to Wild and Summit Church for suicide awareness and prevention. All proceeds go to the Grief Center of Southwest Colorado, suicide prevention resources, and private scholarships for counseling and addiction with Summit Church.

The event includes 1 hour of rafting on the Lower Animas in Durango and a picnic at Pioneer Park after. We hope you join us for this important cause close to our hearts!

Raft for Hope in 2025 will take place August 3rd, starting at 3 pm.

$50 Donation Per Person. Ages 4+ welcome!

Summit Church

Mild to Wild and Summit Church have partnered together for Raft for Hope since 2016 after the increasing impact of suicide in the Durango community. We’re proud to help Summit provide support and counseling services to those in need.

Grief Center of Southwest Colorado
