Yoga on the Water…Who Knew!?

Currently we offer a two and a half hour Stand-Up Paddle Boarding Class where we teach on water SUP basics on the Lower Animas River, including: paddling, standing, turning, and self-rescue. For those who get the hang of it quickly we play games and try headstands (try being the key word for me!). The SUP Yoga class would be a little more technical and would focus on not only using the body, but also calming the mind.

 

What we are wondering is, if we offered a yoga SUP class, would you join us? We believe there could be enough interest in Durango to create this class we would love to teach it! Please help us out by letting us know if you would be interested in a SUP Yoga class. We look forward to your feedback!
