We had the most beautiful day to visit Mesa Verde with Jay as our excellent tour guide! The short drive from Durango was pleasant. Jay took us to all of the excellent look out spots and tailored the day to our interests. Cliff Palace was incredible and a little difficult for this
Went on La Plata Mountain Jeep Tour. Jay was our guide who was excellent. He loves what he does and is very knowledgeable. He was very accommodating with any of our needs. He pointed out so many beautiful things. Very enjoyable, highlight of our trip.

Guides were first rate. Beauty was all around always. Food was good. Water was fun and beautiful as well. You need to be ready to camp and be uncomfortable at times if you’re a city slicker like me. But it’s so great that all is wonderfully worth it.
