They were very proactive calling me right after I booked a 3 day rafting trip online asking for more information about my group so they could customize the experience! They wanted to know how we wanted to tackle the rapids and I was already impressed with their customer service before we even started the trip! We showed up on our designated day and they got us out and going right away. Gunnar, Brennan (Tubs), Adam, and Rio were our guides. They were so positive and fun the entire time. I can’t say enough good things about this whole experience. Gunnar was very knowledgeable about the city of Moab (gave us a verbal tour as we headed out) and the geology and sites along the Colorado. Even though it was a 3 day trip they packed in a fun hike. The food was excellent as well. Everything I hoped for in the trip when I first booked it!
