Due to water levels being low this year we did the San Juan river instead of the Animas River. We had a great guide, George, and he made it a lot more fun than just floating down the river!!! Kids enjoyed themselves and even want to go rafting in Durango!!!
Our guide, Dave, was knowledgeable, entertaining, and careful. Can’t imagine this journey without him.
Had a great time with our guide Dillon in the river. Lots of sun, funny stories, and plenty of rapids. Saw all sorts of wildlife, deer, ducks and a goose in flight that flew right by us, felt his wind could have touched him!! The 1/2 day trip was awesome.
Took the trails and rails tour with Jay. He was so friendly and funny. We bussed up to Silverton where we took a tour of Silverton. Ate a huge delicious cinnamon roll at Goodies to Go. We also had cookies there. Off to the jeep and up in the mountains.
Loved everything about it. Enjoyed spending some time in Silverton. Would definitely do it again!
Everything was exceptional except the recommendation to have lunch at Shady Lady the food was not very good.
