Experience the water ways in Southwest, Colorado on your own in an adventurous Ducky, Stand-Up Paddle Board or Raft!

Mild to Wild offers a variety of equipment rentals if you prefer to go on our own. Caution: it is a lot of work finding the best place to put in, take out, run your own shuttle, and pump up the inflatables. Also, frequently, those without experience have issues with the equipment malfunction due to improper inflating. If you are up for this challenge (and prefer not to have us to all the work while you sit back and relax), here are our most popular rental options. Boat rentals include a personal flotation device (PFD) and paddle.

Inflatable kayaks (a.k.a. “duckies”)

Ante up your adventure on the river in an inflatable kayak. These boats are shaped like a canoe, paddled like a kayak and inflated like a raft. They are maneuverable and open, so you do not need to know how to roll like in a hard shell kayak. New to inflatable kayaking? If so, we recommend our guided instructional inflatable kayak trip trip!
Rental Cost*: $45 per day.

Stand-Up Paddle Boarding (SUP)

Try out the fastest growing paddle sport in the world! Take the SUP to a calm section of the river, or to a mountain lake. Enjoy a fun new water activity and get a great core workout!
Rental Cost*: 1/2 day $30, Full day $45

Never paddle boarded before? We recommend learning the proper technique on our instructional course!

Self Bailing Raft

Raft rentals available for 1 day and longer. Most of our fleet is 14 and 15 foot rafts. Rental includes 6 paddles, and 6 pfd’s. Frame and oars extra if desired.
Rental Cost*: $150/day. See box to the right for multi-day discounts.

Want us to do all the hard work? Book a guided raft trip that matches your adventure level!
