We started with a bus ride from Durango to Silverton. Our driver/guide was Doug and he was AWESOME!!! Doug taught us so much about the area and the history of the place. Then spent a few hours in Silverton. My 6-year-old got to do some mining and was RICH!!! Had the best funnel cake I’ve ever had there. Then we took the train back to Durango and we saw nature at its finest. From snow-capped mountains to waterfalls and cliff side views … it was unforgettable!!!

I recommend Mild to Wild to anyone wanting a natural adventure!!!
