Yoga on the Water…Who Knew!?

Someone suggested that we add a new trip option to Mild to Wild (which may encourage us to change our name to Serene to Wild shortly!). The suggestion is Yoga on a Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP Yoga) and it is starting to sweep the nation as the newest water sport.
