We went on a 3-day trip, the last of the season, with a small group of friends. What an experience! We had beautiful views, starry skies with a great view of the Milky Way, and fun rapids with one “high-side right” maneuver, but we stayed upright. We experienced blue sunny skies, torrential rain, wind gusts over 40 mph, and hail, but we made it through unscathed. The food was good and plentiful, and our guides were lots of fun. And, most importantly, they kept us safe. What an adventure!
