Richard (my dad) and I had a wonderful time on the river with Cassidy. We appreciated how easy it was to book our trip online and MTW’s prompt phone call to confirm. I also appreciated the call since I accidentally misspelled my email. Check in was easy and smooth on the day of our trip. On the river, Cassidy had complete control of the raft and a vast knowledge of the surrounding area. We had a great time chatting the whole way. Rick, our bus driver, was also fun to talk with on the drive back. He gave us many great recommendations and pointed out interesting facts about the area. All around a great experience, thank you!
