We had 2 adults and 3 children (13B, 9G and 8B). From booking to the actual trip everyone was so nice and very helpful. On the bus ride to the drop off area the various guides told jokes, mingled with the guests, and were very informative about not only rafting but of the town. Our guide was Parker and he was amazing! We had never been rafting, lucky him, and we were not very good but he was patience, reassuring, and fun. He had to get out of the raft 2 or 3 times to get us off rocks and he just laughed it off. He was also great with our kids talking and joking around. Our daughter who was nervous and let everyone know he tried to reassure her and even got her to joke a little. Overall, this was an amazing first experience with rafting on a gorgeous river that we all loved (even our daughter half liked it when it was over) and the employees were the biggest part of making it so great. Absolutely recommend!!
