Being elderly, we were concerned about rafting. We chose the one hour mild one. Reservation process using online chat was flawless. Taylor was very efficient, answered all of my questions; the process took less than 15 minutes. When we arrived, they had a very systematic process which went through all the directions and safety concern. The guides were very experienced. The rafts go in groups; four rafts during our excursion. Ben was our guide and he provided information about the river and points of interest. All in all we had a great time.
