From the time I was asking questions online to the time we were finished with our kayak trip we experienced excellent customer service. Our tour guide Ben C. was awesome! He spent the time to explain how to maneuver the “duckies” and different situations we would be facing. After about 20 minutes of being on the water listening to Ben’s stories, we felt like we have known him for a long time. Ben and the other guides all got along and helped each other through the entire trip. This was a first class experience and we can’t wait to do it again later this summer.
