We had an awesome day rafting the Salt River. Our guide Nickle was great and knew a lot of local history and wildlife. Would definitely recommend to other friends in the valley – it’s a perfect day trip!
Our only negative experience was the girl who checked us in. Brown hair and a nose piercing. She was rude when we asked why we needed to provide our dates of birth and addresses on the Apache form, her response being ‘not our form’. And she was also unhelpful when several parties asked what they could bring in the raft and what they might need during the lunch break. Other than our interactions with her, the day was awesome!!
