We are five friends, all seniors, who had a most wonderful experience yesterday rafting on the upper portion of the Piedra River. Our guide Jeb and all the other crew were super friendly and prepared us well before the adventure began. The river is running quite high right now, so we were thrilled to encounter some class IV+ rapids with no issues except that Jeb was knocked off once and bounced back onto the raft in lighting speed. The wilderness was so beautiful, and Jeb could identify much of the flora. A delicious and healthy lunch was provided by an excellent local restaurant. We will treasure the memories of the day and the experience forever.
