Excellent friendly and well trained personell. Jackson and Abigail responded to the most inane request with a smile and their best effort. The issues on the river were handled professionally and their history and natural history knowledge filled the miles with interesting information. Kudos to the crew and the organization. The small group was another plus. It was easier to get to know each one and enjoy their varied experiences.
