Extra Precautions, Procedures, & Policies In Response to COVID-19

Mild to Wild Rafting & Jeep Tours would like to thank our loyal customers, first-time guests, and incredible staff that all helped us through a challenging and rewarding season last year! We couldn’t have been happier with our ability to share the relaxing and rejuvenating power of the outdoors during the stressful and difficult year we have all been through. Thanks to the local health departments and CDC for helping us create new precautions, procedures, and extra sanitation measures that allowed us to “stay afloat” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are proud to report that amongst all 200+ loyal staff members taking over 20,000 incredible guests on outdoor adventures, that to the best of our knowledge there were zero reports of COVID-19 positive or transmission of the virus on our trips. We chalk this up to the dedication of our staff and guests in adhering to our extra precautions, procedures, and sanitation measures while wearing masks when possible and social distancing. Rest assured we feel we have developed a formula to share the outdoors in a responsible manner during the pandemic.
It wasn’t without difficulty that we were able to pull this off, but the reward of providing a means for our guests to relax and rejuvenate in such difficult times was well worth it. For 2021, we intend to take the virus just as seriously and provide our guests with the same level of precautions as directed by the CDC and our local health departments.
We are optimistic in our ability to provide opportunities for our guests to gain a deeper connection with nature, adventure, family, and new friends. We want to reassure everyone that we take COVID-19 precautions seriously and will be sure to use our experience from the 2020 season and current CDC recommendations to operate your trip as best as possible! We’ll be there to help you.
